The story
There is no story here. That is the point: a page that renders correctly while claiming nothing is the only safe thing to publish before the first record has passed research, fact-check and verification.
When the first verified record ships, this fixture is deleted in the same wave.

It is noindex and absent from the sitemap, but it does have a URL.
Our positionIt stays until the first verified record replaces it, then it is deleted.
